Nonsurgical specialized treatment (Neuromuscular blocking)
It is a method of relieving pain by injecting medication into nerve root selectively when pressing the nerve roots of limb due to back and neck disc. In terms of cervical vertebrae, nerve blockade using CT is more useful.
Treatment slightly different depending on the site, inject drugs after checking nerve root.
Nonsurgical specialized treatment (Arthroscopic angiography)
The arthroscopic angiography is a treatment to relieve inflammation and collusion of the articular capsule. With the computerized imaging system, a needle is placed in an articular capsule and high-pressure normal saline is infused to maximize the adhesive articular capsule then inflammation-inhibiting drugs and adhesion detachment drugs are injected.
